This PR fixes #377

Implemented changes:

  • Documented Homebrew installation and the required ideasy install setup step.
  • Added a changelog entry.

Validation: AsciiDoc HTML generation passed. The local Java test run reported 5 failures and 7 errors in installation tests; only documentation files were changed.

@shodiBoy1 thanks for your PR. Ready for merge👍
See also #2225 that will require an update of the documentation since so far we only created more or less a hack for installing the IDEasy installer via homebrew but not IDEasy itself.
I would always recommend your one-line-installer over installation via homebrew...
